Worst customer service. I bought an item and wanted to exchange with a different size. They made me order a second one and not refunding the first one over 2 months. Calls and emails and no response

Would give a zero review if possible. Sent completely different costume than ordered. No one answers when you call customer service. Left two voice mails, sent an email, and used customer service form on their site and still have no response. Stuck with a costume I don't want and out the money originally paid. Do not order from them!

After all the reviews I have seen I was super worried to purchase a costume for this site, but took the leap anyway! I purchased a buzz lightyear costume for halloween for $79.99. I purchased the expedited shipping because it is close to halloween. The total came to $113.00 but when i looked at my bank statement i was charged $154.00, sadly it did not indicate tax anywhere during check out. If it were possible, I wouldn't have given them any stars at all. They freaking suck!!!! Instead of them stated "SOLD OUT" on a product, they allowed me to order it, took my money then wait 1 week to tell me that they were sold out. The people who run this business clearly do not want to gain nor keep any loyal customers whatsoever. You simply just don't pull that bs with someone when their money is involved. THE WORST! I ordered on Feb 25....it is not March 17 and still no product! I just received an email that my order was returned successfully and that I had "store credit"...seriously?! I never received the items much less returned them. I called and reached a VERY RUDE girl who was so curt and downright nasty that I told her to IMMEDIATELY return my money I didn't want to deal with them. This probably was the worst choice I could of ever picked for Lingerie. I figured why not try out this place for my 4 year anniversary to suprise my fiancé.. Our anniversary is January 5th and I ordered this on DECEMBER 16TH. Estimated arrival between December 28th-January 2nd, Today is January 2nd and no package. It's still processing, this place is either a scam or just really unprofessional. I love ForPlay catalog. I ordered from them regularly. At first I did have an issue with them. I placed an overnight order and didn't receive the order until about a week after. After I called to complaint, the representative explained to me that the item I chose had a note that stated it took 5-7 business days to ship and then I chose next day delivery. A mistake from my end. Even in my order confirmation it stated the estimated delivered date but I didn't pay attention to it. Other than that, I've always received my orders... read more
