Even with multiple obstacles like a broken TV I received from Best Buy, multiple software updates to my Control4 components, and acquiring a new router, Juan never wavered or complained and finished this project for basically the same price he quoted me despite all the extra hours and days he put in to finish this job to my satisfaction.
