Overall, the experience went great from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent, which made everything easy to navigate. The installation itself went smoothly, even when an unexpected hiccup came up—the team handled it well and kept everything on track. We’re very happy with the final result and absolutely love our new windows and patio door.
Did a great job replacing our windows and patio door. Edit: 5 years later we randomly had a the inside glass on our sliding door shattered (didn't fall out, but cracked into a thousand pieces). Ryan ordered a replacement w/o question and got it installed completely under warranty at no cost to us. Highly recommend this company, they stand behind their products and work!!!

We hired Formula to replace all of our doors and windows. They did a fantastic job from start to finish including delivering the quote in a timely manner, to having the work performed within a punctual time frame. The install team had their hands full especially with our doors - and knocked it all out like true detail oriented professionals. 10/10 would work with Formula again!
