After taking payment for our order, the staff member told us she worked alone in the store. She had to fill a number of other orders before ours, and continued to take more orders afterward. She did not hurry in the least, did not warn us about the wait time, did not apologize for slow service, and disappeared for about 20 minutes to “chop more spinach”. 🤷🏻♀️ During that time, more customers came in and we told them about the long wait...wisely, they chose to leave before rendering payment. Horrible service and management doesn’t respond customers poor experiences.
In the three weeks here in destin I have come here atleast ten times. I really enjoy the juices. I go because it’s convenient and I enjoy to product but the service has always been so so. I always tell everyone about this place knowing plenty of people would enjoy it. But today I had far worse than terrible service after waiting over ten minutes, because they were busy, my drink had to be made twice the first time because there was hair in it.
