Best gym around. Moved from out of town looking for heavy weights, and LOTS of weights. They have the most, and they also have a sauna which is a bonus. Awesome spot!

Very friendly staff and the Zumba class is one of my favorites
While on vacation I stopped in. Dirty & old weights piled everywhere. Benches ripped and torn. Cables missing on equipment. I travel all over the country this is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. The owner obviously puts no effort into it. Sad it’s in a nice location. If your looking for the eightys gym feel this is it. The only Plus to this place is it does have 100 pound dumbbells and free weights.

Great place, all ages work out at this place, great staff, good price, many different classes offered, plenty of parking.
I am new to this gym, their fitness classes that I've taken have all been amazing! Professional instruction, on time, great atmosphere, love their sauna and class schedule. I do wish the equipment on the floor was more updated. But overall I'm getting my money's worth! �
