The mixed girl in the front was very rude. We felt like we were inconveniencing her by asking questions about the products and services, really wanted to buy some products but she was being so rude that we decided to leave. We went and spent our money at the perfume shop next door. Hire people who don’t hate your customers please.
That was one of the best facials of my life (sculpt + clear). The skin care educator Natasha was so helpful. She recommend some great products for continued care as well. Highly recommend this location. The concierge/customer service was top tier.
I just wanted to say how much I LOVED my facial today. Sarah at the front desk and Natasha, my esthetician were both so knowledgeable and kind! This was my first facial here and I can’t wait to come back! 🤍
After 4th of July weekend my skin was a total wreck, extremely dry and tight from the pool and sun exposure. I came in for the sculpt and clear facial this afternoon and I’m in awe of what they did to my skin. I never leave reviews but I can’t recommend it enough, my skin was nourished back to life and feels plump and bright, added bonus for the sculpting. Will definitely be back!
Cate, Charlie and Maharar provided me with such a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience that paired well with the decor, ambience and scent at Formula Fig in WeHo. I will definitely be back soon again for another wonderful facial experience. Thank's again Formula Fig team !!!
