The office staff were the heroes of the show! My pain dr started this script for my back brace for scoliosis and spinal stenosis. Well the pharmacies and insurances involved we had some miscommunication and a several balls dropped. My insurance advise me to call ForMotion so I immediately text pain office requesting script be sent here.. after this all was a wonderful pleasure.
