The staff is wonderful. I was very nervous but they made me feel comfortable. I had to drive 30 mins to get here, but it was worth it. The kindness was out of this world. We need more people like them. THANK YOU, from the bottom of heart. You all are wonderful.
The person I saw on my first visit fitted me. He was very friendly. I was told at that time I needed to wait for my referring physician to sign the order and I would be contacted to come and pick it up. I received a call Friday before memorial day and the lady I spoke with said come and pick it up on any day next week except Monday because it's a holiday. Here I am Thursday after having to find a ride, being told I can't pick it up because I have to be fitted and the tech that had been helping me wasn't available today. I ex... read more
