We had an out of town guest who was in the mood for Japanese Hibachi grill. We went to Sumo on IH-10 and were told without reservations on a Saturday night it would be a two hour wait. I had been to Formosa Garden, but not in awhile. We called them and could be seated immediately in the "Skybox." What our chef called the "cheap seats" (the regular restaurant) was full.
