We had another great dinner. Our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had our glasses filled and our appetizer ( the Pu Pu Platter) was served in a manner where we didn't feel rush before our meal arrived.

We Loved it! Ben made our first experience an unforgettable one. We were there for our Son in Law's birthday and we'll be back again!! The food was delicious and Ben was the BEST!! We haven't laughed so much at dinner time while enjoying a tasty dinner in a long time. We ended the night with Saki Bomb shots, I hope I spelled that right... but next time we go. For sure Box seats is the way this family will attend and we will request Ben. Thank you Formosa Garden!
The food was delish, our server was great, we come here often, especially my mom. But i noticed the glass doors extremely dirty with smudges and finger prints. It was only 5:10 when we got there so obviously no one bothered to clean them during the closing hours. I let the cashier know about how filthy they were but with a good attitude when we got there, a hour later, we left and they were still dirty. We had an out of town guest who was in the mood for Japanese Hibachi grill. We went to Sumo on IH-10 and were told without reservations on a Saturday night it would be a two hour wait. I had been to Formosa Garden, but not in awhile. We called them and could be seated immediately in the "Skybox." What our chef called the "cheap seats" (the regular restaurant) was full.
