I am so grateful to be working with Alice. She has been able to help me unlock truth from my story that I was previously unable to see. Alice is so kind, caring and compassionate as well as highly organized and thorough. I would highly recommend working with Alice. Arwen is also an amazing therapy dog that makes my sessions brighter and helps me get comfortable!
Working with Alice has helped me progress. After struggling with postpartum mental health and military life challenges, I feel like I have a better awareness of who I am and an improved ability to self-regulate under stress after our sessions. The office space is charming and serene. Her team puts on therapeutic events involving art and poetry. Ask for Arwen the therapy dog to join your session!
