Absolutely wonderful!! I tell everyone I know to go here, it was a fantastic experience. It was so nice knowing that I could ask the owner to grab another dress and not have to worry about her grabbing one that was 5x my budget. I didn’t have any family in the area either, so the owner took time to take a 360 video of every option that I liked. So beautiful!!
I have been waiting a couple months before I posted this. I wanted to give the owner ample time to respond to my numerous emails and follow up emails as well. I went wedding dress shopping here and honestly Penny was AMAZING however…how she handled my situation after I PURCHASED a dress from her shop was very different. I do not recommend this Bridal Shop for Dresses penny the owner completely ghosted my sister and she’s trying to get her dress situation fixed. It says online that they will buy back any unused or unaltered dresses that was bought from their store. Penny is not communicating very well. I’m so glad I splurged and got the private room appointment to share these moments with my friends and family. This was my very first time trying on a wedding dress and I loved every single second of the experience. I was extremely comfortable the entire appointment and the staff was amazing. I can’t remember the woman that helped me but she was truly amazing. I even had my “say yes to the dress” moment and tears were shed!!! Dani was wonderful. The place is beautiful. But… my future daughter in law was only allowed to choose 6 dresses. We did not love them after trying on. She was not allowed to try on a veil to get the whole picture. Dani mentioned there was another dress in the next dressing room that my DIL would love, but it was with another client. She had plenty of time left in our appointment to do a few little extra things here: 1) borrow the dress from the other room (that bride was all done) 2) get a few more dresses to try on.
