Nikki was wonderful and was so open to me trying anything and everything on to imagine my vision. I had the privilege of working with Nikki on two occasions here and she was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her to any bride looking for their dream wedding dress at an affordable price who wants someone who will be honest but also hype you up and tell you how beautiful you are! Our experience with Bridal Formality was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the lack of professionalism and care was glaringly apparent, particularly from our consultant, Nikki. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Formality Bridal! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so laid back and welcoming. It immediately felt comfortable, not overwhelming or high pressure like you sometimes expect when dress shopping. Every single person there was absolutely incredible. I said YES to the dress today and wanted to give Nikki a shoutout! She was attentive and knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable and didn’t feel pressured. I truthfully went into the appointment open minded but didn’t think I’d find a dress my first appointment and I’m pleased to say I did and that I had a great experience.
