Got my dress and had a wonderful experience! Molly (in Geneva) took great care of our group and was very knowledgeable. The space felt cozy and I was comfortable while trying on dresses. I had an appointment at the Erie location as well a few months ago this summer with the owner Penny who was lovely and made me want to come back. You really can’t beat the church location in Geneva, it is such a special atmosphere. Highly recommend Formality for all the brides to be!

I had THE BEST experience at Formality with Heather last Sunday and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She took the time to listen, has a great sense of humor, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She is such a sweetheart, and is a great asset to Penny’s business! Overall - I loved the warm, inviting atmosphere that Formality in Geneva has to offer. I can hands down say this was such an amazing experience, not only were both of the women there so friendly and helpful but Ambria made the experience so pleasant! So easy to just slip on the dress, great at securing the clips on dresses if needed, and guiding us in the right direction. It was very clean and a lot of different styles to choose from. I had the best experience at Formality. My stylists, Heather was so helpful and attentive to my day on getting the dress I wanted! She was insightful on helping me vision the dress if I was unsure and making sure the day was my day. I highly recommend Formality’s to any bride!

Had an absolutely AMAZING time wedding dress shopping. They have a GREAT selection, and an even greater sales attendant. Heather was PERFECT. Attentive, polite, and very helpful. Definitely ask for her to assist you on your appointment. I've been to David's bridal, and the rooms are tiny and cramped, and this was so much better. Thier fitting rooms are easily 3x the size of one of the small rooms at davids bridal. And Heather's customer service was also much better than at davids bridal. 10/10 would recommend!!
