This was by far my best purchasing experience by far. Lisa was phenomenal. I sent an email, they responded immediately by emailing and with a call. I walked in with a very specific look in mind and the ladies were more than happy to help. Terri and Lisa were efficient and courteous and I am so grateful I found their shop! I felt no pressure to buy a dress or any extras, and it made the experience so much more enjoyable. Of course, I found my dress and purchased it and a veil same day. I highly recommend Formal Spot!

Lisa was so kind and helpful! I needed a charcoal tux for my 1.5 year old which is tough to find. I found it on their website and ordered it immediately. Unfortunately, I guessed the wrong size and I had to return it. Lisa stayed in touch with me throughout the ordeal and responded very quickly to my inquiries. I came here last week to begin my search for a wedding dress. And went to a few other places after but the Formal Spot was by far the best place. Their dress selection and customer service was 100%! My wedding is not till 2017 so I am not rushing to buy a dress yet but I know when it does come time I am coming back here. The ladies and merchandise were amazing!

I could not have gotten my dream dress if it wasn't for Lisa and Terri! On Labor Day, they informed me of the sale they were having which offered a huge discount off of a Maggie Sottero dress that I had tried on elsewhere not knowing it was way out of my budget. I would definitely recommend The Formal Spot. I wasn't planning on looking for a dress so soon, but when I called the The Formal Spot to ask a few questions, they told me about a sample sale and it just so happened that my mom was in town so we decided to just drop in and see what they had. I first came to the formal spot to start my dress shopping. I went to a few other places, and defiantly came back to the formal spot for a couple of reasons. 1) It was very easy to make an appointment, 2) Lisa and Terri were able to pick out dresses that I liked off of pictures I showed them, even some dresses I did not pick, 3) Terri was very professional, prompt, and fast with placing the dress on and pinning it.
