I emailed my granddaughter's measurements for a dress for her to wear to a princess ball and they advised me on what size to order. It fit her perfectly as did everything else I ordered from them.

I had no intention of buying a wedding dress when I walked in Formal Spot because I just wanted to see the selection. Terri and Lisa were so helpful to me and my mom without pressuring us or talking down to me about budget or pricing that I decided to try on a dress that caught my eye.
