I absolutely love formal spot at Winter Garden Village, I have bought 3 dresses for my daughter to compete in pageants,. Lisa and her staff have always given me there honest opinion about picking the right dress and color for my daughter, and she has always placed very well and has even won 4 titles, this is a one stop shop they have always had everything I have ever needed great place. This is the only place I go to buy formal wear, we are always a returning customers, love this place.

Very unhappy with the end result on my wedding day after my bridal party and I spent well over $2500 at this location. My flower girls shoes were wrong style and SIZE and didn't have the right ones the day of my wedding and tried to charge again for after they were paid for. My dress which I paid $340 to alter, my chest sat low and my bustle broke before I even danced. My Other bridesmaid's zipper didnt work.
