I will pursue legal action if a refund is not issued. I did not consent to a prepaid package or authorize the charge. A no-refund policy signed prior to the appointment does not apply to a separate prepaid package presented after services were completed. Having a fantastic journey with Formah in Alpharetta. Mel is wonderful and so helpful with advising on the best service for my goals. Both Abby and K’sia the Technicians are incredible and very knowledgeable. They make you feel at ease and really get results! Highly recommend!
