Ive had 3 sessions and I can see a difference everytime I leave the studio. I decided to try Formah to help with my excess bloating and to tone up for my race in a couple of months. They offer many body treatments like lymphatic drainage, body detox, and post surgery recovery.

Great experience! I lost a pound in fluid and inches off my waist from the ortodetox in one session! K’sia and Mel are wonderful and always get me right in between my busy schedule!

I swear by regular lymphatic drainage massages at Formah. It keeps bloating and puffiness to a minimum and helps me to feel my best. I’m always amazed at how much better I feel in the days/week following the lymphatic drainage massages with the wooden tools. My face is more sculpted, my fingers and ankles are less puffy and I have no bloating. I try and come monthly and recommend it to all of my friends! Bonus points because the team is so sweet and always makes me feel comfort and taken care of!
