RecommendedHorrible help Orlando Office , These people are joke! And they think they are smart !... Alex (Tech name ) was helping me , it was/not help it felt like he was being smart... We should not hire these kind of people for sure. I hope they have better emloyees.
Worst support experience I have had in a very long time! Integration between MLS and Forms Simplicity wasnt working so I called support. The girl answering the phone was extremely rude and no help at all! I tried to quit being in the middle so I conferenced in the MLS Support team so they could talk. The Forms Simplicity Girl got NASTY and said she couldn't be on a conf call. Very Helpful!! I'm extremely disappointed as I, in the past, have been a strong advocate of this program over ZipForms... Maybe I need to reconsider?

The ability to upload all of your forms and letters to 1 file and being able to send everything at once.
Hi just had a problem when I switched to the new version and Form Simplicity's tech support was terrific and got me back to the old version asap. Wish I had called on them yesterday when it began. thanks Tech Support!
