I made an appointment over the phone for a specific date. I was given an appointment, then they asked and I told them what insurance I have. When I arrived on that day, they had no record of my appointment. After the receptionist asked me a few questions on whether or not I received a confirmation call or had written proof of an appointment, she called other staff to discuss the situation.
