I met Guerrino through a friend, who recommended that I see him after a surfing accident a few years ago. He was great and super knowledgeable. I followed him to his new practice because having an active life, at least for me, means regular PT. We've been through sprained ankles, dislocated ribs, a sprained neck, muscle tears, and several knee surgeries. I have been receiving physical therapy services for a number of ailments and the results have been outstanding! The staff at Form and Function are always friendly, informative and patient. I went to a different PT office last year and felt like a number rather than a patient. With Guerrino I never feel rushed and he educates me through the sessions. Form and Function PT was recommended to me this by my Chiropractor. Even though Form and Function was 30 minutes from my house I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. My results were life changing. I had been in pain for a year in a half but no more. G and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and put forth a genuine concern for your health and well being. They guide you and teach you at every visit. I am so glad I took the trip!!!!!!
