Form and Function gave me back a year of my life. I was a freshman in high school when I dislocated my shoulder in the spring and required major surgery. The odds of me even being able to step on the field for my sophomore year of football were slim to none, even with exceptional care. Clearly, Form and Function is well above exceptional, as they saved my season and got me back on the field having only missed 3 games. We’re working on fixing a list of things my career has piled up! I love my job and the work this team is doing to build me back up is re-energizing my every-day activities and my potential at work! Only 3 sessions in now, and I’m already correcting posture and feeling physically stronger every day! I’m looking forward to the rest of the sessions and the continued exercises at home to get me up to 100%.
Highly recommend. Guerrino has been my PT for elbow injury & ruptured lumbar disc. He knows his stuff, gives clear guidance for recovery, and educates his patients to better understand their injuries in order to get them back to doing the activities they love.
Thank you for taking great care of my daughter.... she loved working with the whole staff...
