Their webpage says, "Expect Great Service." Not only was their service terrible, they can't seem to grasp the basics of lawn care. They show up two weeks late for Spring cleanup, and simply cover weeds with mulch. Several areas went unattended. Grass grew to over 5" and when they finally returned to cut they scalped some areas, and discharged a thick blanket of clippings on the mulch they laid before.
