Good variety of food choices, wonderful atmosphere and a very helpful waitress!
I've lived in Roanoke my whole life. 55 years. This was my first visit and I must say I'm less than impressed. We got there and were quickly seated inside and promptly served adult beverages. After ordering we waited and waited for an hour and a half before getting our food. A curt waiter brought my girlfriends salad and said the to go orders had the kitchen backed up and huffed off. When we finally got our food it was really good though . If you are that backed up the right thing to do is warn your patrons of the delay. Tha... read more
We have dined here before. Their service has never been quality service but food has been good, so we keep going back. However, today was the last time we ever go there again. We went hoping to get some hot dogs and pizza. So, we get there and get seated, the waitress gives us our menus and leaves AND SHE NEVER CAME BACK. We left after waiting a good long while. It’s a shame that they can’t train their servers to provide decent service. Very disappointing!
Business response:
We are so sorry for your experience. Service matters so much to us...we will certainly address your concerns.
Ridiculous! The last time we were here, it wasn't busy but they're "short-handed" and it took an hour. It's been a few months so we tried again. Guess what! 45 minutes and still no appetizer. The food will probably be ready just in time for breakfast tomorrow. Sad? Pathetic? Or are my expectations too high? We can officially write this place off permanently.
Time. One thing that is always against us, especially here. I sat with my family for over a hour, wating for 1 appetizer and a refill on water. Food, overall, is alright, but what got me pissed was the absurb amount of time my family had to wait for some d**n food. There are only 20 people here, half of what they could fit here. And half the tables are full.
Great food and drinks and an overall fun meeting place to hang out with friends!
Awesome as always!
As always I appreciate the service and the beer and food, you got the best pizza in my book
