Briarwood Grand Apartments is a nice place. I lived there for several years... Forget properties on the other hand is a cheap joke at best.... They refuse to fix anything... If they are forced to fix anything they find the cheapest contractors who are just as lazy as they are... The owner and staff are lazy, cheap,and just out to make a profit at anyone else expense.... I wouldn't and don't recommend forget properties to anyone and everyone who asks me.... No one should want to live at any of their properties... Take a look
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! If you care about your family and/or your business/employees, stay away from Forget. Properties are unkempt and unsafe. The people who work for them are scary and not unlike prisoners from some kind of jail work-release program. Forget ALWAYS has a response to any issues but his word is no good. It’s absolutely worthless. STAY AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
You say let's resolve while I never got response here's for damages for flood in living room and tools that were re bought that mysteriously disappeared and yes I have All dates and paperwork but according to your response reach out but we know I did no response so I don't expect it I've been waiting for it to be taken care of it's the principal ..
