Joined the Gym to do a promotion month for group classes. Called the office three times to get a hold of someone with no answer after leaving message, finally spoke to someone on the counter Informed them getting charged with a membership every month, the person said 98 percent getting a refund. when i signed up was not informed of being charged per month after promotion. was told manager would call and someone on the counter called notify not receiving a refund. Coach Omar is an amazing coach and mentor. He pushes you to become better every day, not only in boxing but also in discipline and mindset. Every session has a purpose, and his passion for helping his athletes grow is evident. Highly recommend training with him. 🥊
