Very friendly & awesome place to work out!
I love it here so much it's my first gym and I don't think I'll ever change. I've seen improvements in myself and I've only been going for three days. Can't wait to go tomorrow!! Great job

Very friendly staff! Scott is so helpful and knowledgeable. He doesn't mind one-on-one and educating you about proper technique.
Absolutely love it... And the people are great. Scott shows you how to use all the equipment correctly before just throwing you in there
