This was my first time trying a medspa and the experience has been wonderful so far. They answered all my questions and really tried to help me figure out what I wanted to focus on and make a plan for how to address it. Also a very calming and pretty space which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful, calming, and so thoughtfully designed. Everything felt elegant, clean, and welcoming. I want to start by saying that Coco and the estheticians are wonderful. The quality of the treatments has always been excellent. My disappointment is entirely with the front desk and how this situation was handled. Two days before the spa's 7th anniversary event, I called to book my facial. The front desk recommended a 12:30 p.m. appointment so I could attend the event beforehand, and I planned my day around that recommendation. I love the treatment in forever you Aesthetic. I have a service for RF micro needling, facial cleaning, and PR injection. They do such a job well done. I love HeeJoo. She is a professional for micro needling. She is the best of the best to treat my face.
