Place was neat, staff were nice & pleasant. I’m only giving it a 2 star due to the booking issues that they have. I booked for a different facial online and I’m not sure if someone changed it on their end, but I ended up paying $500+ more than the actual facial I originally booked for… Just a heads up to give them a call and verify that the facial you booked for is actually what you’re getting! I highly recommend the IPL treatment done by Doctor Bannit. He is really patient, caring and caring about details. My acne got much better after the treatment.
The place was very clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I had a laser treatment, and the nurse Ayaka was very gentle and attentive. She checked in with me often to make sure I wasn’t in pain and that I was comfortable during the procedure, which I really appreciated. Everyone was kind and professional from start to finish. I would definitely come back again!
