I had a discrepancy on insurance coverage on a bill for services received. While we were researching to figure out the discrepancy they doubled my charge and sent me to collections even though I had open communication with them about the matter. I called to speak to them about it to rectify the original balance and they were extremely rude and aggressive about the matter. I came here after getting a terrible filling done somewhere else, and I had developed extreme dental fear from it. They assessed everything and fixed my problem so quickly. I had the option of sedation to help with the fear and it was excellent! They are so kind and caring here. I highly recommend—I won’t go anywhere else. I drive 2 hours to get here because it’s worth it.

If you hate the dentist, Forever Smile is the place for you. I have never had such a pleasant and professional experience at a dentist where the staff and doctor are kind and compassionate and friendly. Each person made the often uncomfortable experience of dental work much easier and convenient. Everything was clearly explained for each treatment and the dental work itself was quick and easy. I’ll never go to another dentist again!
