Absolutely RIDICULOUS !! I called at least twice per day for 3 days. Left voice messages and no one ever picks up or answers the phone. I emailed them and no reply . I actually drove to the address shown on Google and turns out there is NO actual store there. Don't even waste your time with this place. Don't even know if they actually exist lol.
I had the best experience with Roses Forever. To begin with their roses are breathtaking. They are incomparable in their beauty and presentation. I sent multiple orders over the holiday season. Unfortunately we were affected by the delivery mess that the entire country was struggling with.Roses forever were incredible in trying to make things right. They even sent new arrangements so that there wasn't a long delay. I can't say enough about these fabulous floral arrangements and the customer service is amazing.
