I came in to get a fill as I wasn't satisfied with the place I originally went to and Alex transformed my nails into exactly what I wanted ! She re-shaped them and took the time to do exactly what I asked. I have found my nail salon in Manhattan. They exceeded my expectations and every one there had a great personality and actually talked to you while getting serviced. Great experience !
I was very happy with the service we received. Took my mother who has never had a manicure or pedicure. I had went in earlier and explained some things and they did a great job of trying to make her comfortable.
I called just now and I just had questions about pricing. I've been going to the same person for years in another town and I explained that I don't know the difference between a full set or fill. My girl just always takes care of me. The woman sounded frustrated when sharing pricing to me and then she said something and I didn't quite hear her and she proceeded to re explain pricing as if I was stupid.
