Hello this is a late review I accidentally erased the message with the link anyway I am very pleased with the repair of my necklaces. They were very professional and friendly. My necklaces were ready the next day. A lot of jewelry stores have staff that are not always friendly or inviting which is why I came here and not to my regular jeweler. I will definitely come back if I need more repairs. Thank You
