In store service was great. However trying to return an item which didnt fit was monumental hassle! The owner David spoke to me in a degrading way. If you respect yourself or women in general spend your money somewhere else.

Excellent customer service!!! I purchased two items in two different sizes in the airport shop and didn't realize until I was in transit. The shop was closed on my late return and I live a ways from the airport, but Robyn and Heather worked with me to not only exchange the size but color as well. Since the shop is after security checkpoint this had to be coordinated as Robyn had to meet me outside security. Also, the selection of items is beautiful and I highly recommend shopping there!
