This company and the crew were professional yet friendly. The job was completed in a efficient and timely manner, with attention to detail and customer understanding and satisfaction. They kept me informed and alerted me to additional concerns while guiding me to appropriate solutions. Am giving Forever Foundation 5 stars based in part but not limited to the appearance of job quality, professionalism, and going above and beyond to help meet my concerns.

The team arrived a bit before schedule and worked steadily until they finished installing helical piers under a section of my foundation. They were professional and personable and explained what they were doing each time I went out to watch. Chris was thorough in assessing the problem and great in communication with me from the start. I will call them back if there are future foundation problems.
