Great experience with Toby. Any time I’ve had a question or an issues with my home he’s had it handled promptly and efficiently. Typically less than 24 hours and everything is solved. I appreciate him and his staff so much. Haven’t always been so lucky dealing with landlords in the past!
I have used this firm to manage two of my rental properties, and I have been so pleased with the customer service, the advice and attention to detail by Toby Biondi. I feel very confident to give this 5 star recommendation because we had one rental go very smoothly and then the second one was a little bit more of a song and dance because of some issues with the HOA of the condo.
