FFM is not just a gym, it's a family! The trainers are the most knowledgable around and they will push you to do things you never thought your body could do. The people there are so supportive and I love working out there! I have worked out at MANY gyms over the years and there is no other gym like FFM!💚🖤

I couldn't be more happy, my 1st experience was a warm and caring phone conversation with Britt, she was most kind and most understanding to my situation and needs, her care and professionalism are genuine. So we set up an introductory appointment and she was even more charming in person. Atmosphere in gym is very positive and pleasant, there is no negativity or toxicity so common in big brands gym where people are forced to be ashamed of their bodies and made uncomfortable if they do not look perfect.
