I was apprehensive about beginning this program. Then, I thought, suppose the older I get the more frail and weak I would become. Ernie and Lisa have become my role models and encouraged me to try your program. I was welcomed and made to feel that I could do this! John has been terrific!! He is kind, patient and knowledgable. 'I came to forever fit Method after years of exercising on my own, did some classes but never did personal training. I felt I needed the guidance since I have a hip replacement, and multiple shoulder & knee surgeries. The care and attention to detail is like no other , RT has set up a plan for me to continue to get stronger while being mindful of all my injuries.. I can’t say enough about Forever Fit Method. First off, owner/coach RT is just amazing. He makes you feel really welcome and truly listens to your goals and concerns. Really patient, accessible, responsive, develops a great working relationship, along with a personalized plan for your fitness, and follows up regularly. I am a 64-year-old woman who has worked out at various gyms on and off for about 30 years. I am not one of the people who loves to work out. I am not one of the people who can’t wait to get to the gym, but I work out because as my husband says, it’s for our future. I want one with him, so I work out with the Forever Fit Method.
