The first time I came on here was to write a one star review on the ring I got here due to the center moissanite gem falling off my engagement ring. I was reached out to by the owner of the store and he took my ring no questions asked and said "I'm going to order a new gem, it will be fixed in a week". I was skeptical because I was worried the gem would just fall off again but I was sorely wrong.
