This was my 2nd time going here. I was serviced by Takia, the owner. She was pleasant, polite and quick.. 1st time I had some concerns especially when it came to working with 4c hair but I thought I'd just opt for a different style next time. On my original 2nd appt she Canceled less than 24hrs prior because of hand pain, upsetting but understandable.
