I would like to know how to apply for this place? I went multiple times months ago. The times I went I was told that the apartments had no vacancies. I asked about putting an application and the guy told me no they couldn't because there was no vacancy. Then I asked if there was a waiting list and if I could put an application and he said no because there was no waiting list.
