Great update apartments Interior is upgraded and luxury finishes. Would be a 5 star review but poor drainage in parking lot. Very major problems as many neighbor’s cars have been flooded. Have to hope you hear the rain in the middle of the night and run outside through knee deep water; hoping you can find a spot to park on the limited grass bank. Hope this can be fixed as car flooding is expensive. Other wise great property, amenities, and staff. Pet friendly!

Upgrade to peace Moved in here in October of 2023 and so far so good . Love how quite it is and how nice everybody is .The staff is very people friendly and always willing to help.
Great first apartment It’s a nice quite place to live. Nice apartments. Great customer service in the office. They’ll help you with any information you need to know. I recommend this complex to anyone looking to move in

PLEASE, DON’T MOVE HERE! DON’T MOVE HERE! I’m a current renter here, since 2019. Can’t wait to move out! It was fine at first until loud renters moved into my building. Called courtesy cop and the police and nothing was done. Courtesy office stopped answering my calls and stopped returning calls. Another renter throws cigarettes (and Black & Milds) out of there door, some cigarettes butts can be found on the stairs. The rent goes up at the renewal of your lease ($50 - $100). Don’t move here Rachet apartments. Construction as early as 7 am with no concern of other residents. Roach infested. Rude manager who make up her own rules and open and closes office whenever she wants. Won’t let me move out on my LEASE END DATE because I didn’t give a 60 day notice but sent me a letter saying I couldn’t RENEW IN THE FIRST PLACE MONTHS AGO. Flood EVERYTIME it rains. Ceiling leaks. Roaches crawling out vents

So so loud I don’t really recommend moving here in general, but WARNING, at LEAST don’t move in here until 2024. They are doing property wide construction that is set to last months, it is LOUD here and they are letting the construction companies violate the noise regulations stated in the lease. I can’t sleep past 7am on any day of the week, I can’t focus on work, and sometimes I can’t even hear my phone calls. If you have a baby they will not sleep. Great First Apartment Forestwood Apartments is really close to my new job, and so I could start asap, I signed my lease and moved in June '22, a few weeks after getting my quote. So far I really adore the place. My wife and I brought our two cats to a single bedroom apartment and its very spacious. It has skylights by the living area and a cozy kitchen with an IN UNIT washer dryer. This place is cool. The managers here are great and everyone here is nice despite what you may hear or see online. I've lived her for about 4 months and it's been great. The only problems are things they cant exactly control. For example, my cox internet that wasn't hooked up until 3 weeks in and the apartment gate breaks a lot but it's not exactly their fault but it does suck. Besides that it's been great :)
