We bought 3 pallets of Floratam sod from them. One of them was the wrong time of grass but we didn't realize it until after it was laid. It looks horrible and we're going to have to pay to re-sod the front lawn due to their error. At first, they said they would "resolve it", but by 2 weeks later, we found out that "resolving it" meant denying responsibility and lying through their teeth to us about it.
