Excellent experience all around. The tree expert who came out for the quote (a day after I called for a quote) was a font of information who clearly loves trees and wants them to thrive. He took a look at all of our trees and told me which ones were healthy and happy and which ones were beyond saving. Looking at our "swamp thing" yews, he was honest and said even a professional isn't going to be able to Edward Scissorhands them into something presentable, so we might as well trim them ourselves.
