0 personality on the phone. I asked how their day was. They were “fine” and didn’t have any concern for my day but I let it slide. Main issue was I had to talk to Ms. nopersonality for 9 minutes before she told me they only work with employers who have 200 or more employees. 9 MINUTES. She even gathered enough information to send me and text and email saying they couldn’t help me.
