Been coming here for over 10 years—always a great vibe and super friendly staff. Came in recently to find a gift for my wife, and Emilly was amazing. She really took the time to help and gave great suggestions. Always a solid spot. Highly recommend.

This is not about this store but the quality of Redwing Boots. I have been trying to contact their corporate office and no one is ever available to pick up the phone on their 1-800 number! I purchased a pair of boots from Culver City, Ca. store a few years ago (probably 5 yrs). I am 64 years old and not a professional hiker nor did I have ever use these boots on any rough surfaces.
