Horrible experience living in this building because of the unprofessional behavior of Robert from security and Merilla, the manager. Robert is rude and disrespectful and treated people without courtesy or professionalism. Mirella as a manager failed to address issues appropriately. She was dismissive and didn't demonstrate the level of leadership or customer service expected in the management role.

I had a very disappointing experience at 61 Town Centre Court. The management was unprofessional and unhelpful whenever I raised concerns. I also found some employees to be disrespectful, and my interactions with security were rude and unnecessarily confrontational. From my experience, I felt that I was treated differently because of my background, which left me with the impression of discriminatory behavior. Front desk security (old man) who works on Sunday is too rude to people doesn't know how to talk politely and instigated me to for an argument.

Hello, I would like to report an issue with a security guard at 61 Town Centre on Sunday, May 3. He showed an unprofessional attitude and did not communicate properly. This behavior was disappointing and not helpful. Please look into this matter. Thank you.
