Had to reschedule an appointment And the receptionist never ended up canceling it or rescheduling it... now I had to call and make ANOTHER appointment and it’s way late!!!!
Need to work on the front desk team so when you book an appointment she actually books it and then you don’t need to end up making an appointment way late because she never ended up making it for you
For the high prices you’d think the receptionist could remember to make an appointment.
Disappointed with the care from front desk/receptionist.
Made an appointment and I guess the receptionist never put it in the system or something because i never got a text confirming that day so when I called back on vacation (last thing I want to be doing) I had to make a different appointment and it was a long wait!! And they didn’t even apologize! Frustrating!!!
Way over priced!! I wouldn’t recommend.

not over charge people 1000s of dollars!!! you tried charging my young adult daughter over 10,000 For REAL!! For dental work. We got a second opinion and had everything done she needed for under 1000. We have never been back!
I can't say enough good things about the staff. The service is exceptional and welcoming and far exceeds any expectation I've ever had as far as visits to the dentist go. Our entire family enjoys every visit.
