I've lived here for about 6 months. So far, so good. The leasing and move-in process was easy, and the manager Brandon was very friendly and professional. All maintenance requests have been promptly and appropriately addressed. And it's a pet friendly community! As with all apartments, the neighbors can been annoying at times, but I'm sure I can be at times, too. Overall so far, it's great! Side note though: it's not very kid friendly. No playground or safe place to play. Luckily Aurora Heights park and the YMCA are nearby.
Nice Environment to Live lots of trees and plenty of parking and Garages.The grounds are well maintained and clean.Very quiet and relaxing.
