RE: 130 Parkway Forest Drive I was shocked by the extremely high cost of parking here (under garage parking $170) This rate is far beyond unreasonable, and it was an unpleasant surprise. Definitely something to consider before renting here.
I live here as a resident and have never missed a single bill or rent payment, the management office refused to put my name in the system without a reason it caused me so much inconvenience. Are they even have the right to do that or should I get some legal support at this point?
Infested, no management, constant harassment when complaints are made, fabs don’t work, no camera, back doors don’t work steals from the rent, … never ending list of problems
The hallways are poorly maintained at 130 parkway forest drive. Had to visit friends in this building and felt so nauseous walking through the hallway floor. I live in 110 parkway forest which has well maintained hallways and cleaning done regularly and efficiently but I think homestead housekeeping department need to seriously work on if they care for fellow humans who stay there. Other homestead building in the area such as 125 parkway forest drive and 80 forest manor don’t even deserve a comment on their maintenance. City... read more
None of their properties are clean. Bed bug infested, super dirty apartments.
