I moved into 106 Parkway Forest roughly 10 years ago. I loved this building in the beginning, but it’s hard to get them to fix certain things. PROS - Our unit is quite spacious and comfortable and for a good price considering that so many apartments in Toronto now are so small. - It's a little far from downtown, but it's a good location as it's near the highways, the subway station and Fairview mall. Very bad management. People in the suites pay premium rent but every weekend that is a little warm they turn the AC off. When we call they say there is a problem and the service people has been called. Then on Monday it magically starts working again. I have noticed a pattern. I’m anyone else has noticed this pattern from the building, we should file a complaint to 311 as a group so this doesn’t happen again.
106 parkway forest drive: They absolutely ruined the fitness room, it’s not even a fitness room anymore it’s a joke.They took out all the dumbbells and barbells, the machine where you could attach ropes with adjustable weights. With the new equipment you cant even hit every muscle. The old gym was so convenient absolutely no issues then suddenly out of nowhere they just ruin it by replacing it with machines that are just terrible.
RE: 130 Parkway Forest Drive I was shocked by the extremely high cost of parking here (under garage parking $170) This rate is far beyond unreasonable, and it was an unpleasant surprise. Definitely something to consider before renting here.
I live here as a resident and have never missed a single bill or rent payment, the management office refused to put my name in the system without a reason it caused me so much inconvenience. Are they even have the right to do that or should I get some legal support at this point?
