great staff friendly and informing
The staff is great and helpful. I just love the care & Dr. Emma Schmidt for her staff give me. I would recommend this office anyone in need of a dentist.
I was a patient of Dr. King and very happy with him so I transferred over to this office only to learn of their "yearly" X-ray rule even if your insurance doesn't pay for them but every other year. After receiving a bill in the mail I paid it reluctantly and contacted them several times after this to discuss this business practice and why I was not told about this up front and to discuss a refund but I have yet to be contacted. I would not recommend this dentist office at all.
The staff may be nice but the dentist was awfully. He was working on two other patients at the same time. As a result my filling didn't fit right in my mouth. I would never go back and would tell others the same.
The best dentist and staff in Virginia!!!! I never thought I would say that about a dentist!!!!
I've had scaling done in 2015 and a root canal this year and the staff are so nice and they do a great job! Prices are great too!
Awesome Dr, Awesome staff and great facility...just can't beat it.
