I have gone to this tag agency for YEARS! Always a positive experience and the girls are so helpful.
The closing time is inconsistent. They are open till 5:30 Monday thru Wednesday and close at 5 the rest of the week. Makes it difficult to make it in before they close if you work just about anywhere but BA. I have left work early twice only get to the door with someone inside and get turned away because they were past closing time. I will just use one closer to work from now on.
It really says something when the owner, known as "Tag Lady", is basically a local celebrity. I worked with her to produce their commercial and she was a truly kind and vibrant soul. The place is also clean and well decorated with a very friendly staff. It was the complete opposite of every other tag agency I've ever visited. I highly recommend.
