Great place! Fantastic management staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the complex and the surrounding area. Every time I need any kind of help someone shows right up to help me. My apartment was clean and freshly painted when I moved in. There have been no maintenance issues. The buildings and the grounds are well cared for and maintained. It is a very nice place to live.
Forest Ridge Apartments, spacious and quiet, is nestled in the forested hills west of I-380 and north of the Cedar River. We live on the doorstep to Shaver Park. Just to the south of us is the Cedar Lake project, which will be a premier addition to our community, offering trails, fishing, and kayaking. In short, Forest Ridge exists in a stunning location. Submitted the application and paid the fee, but they didn't do anything. Kept our money and refused the refund through PayPal. Didn't answer my emails or voicemail. Very unprofessional!
Great place to stay. The management team is super nice! They're always there if you need them.
My husband and I have lived here at forest ridge for just around 5 months now. We have been so grateful to have Jasmine and other staff. Any issues we have had have been addressed and resolved quickly. We have felt so cared for. I highly recommend living here.
