Horrible communication. Only returned a call once. Would currently be homeless if i waited on her. NEVER got back to me at all. I spoke with Jasmine at Forest Ridge on December 1st, did their application for background and credit check, provided everything necessary and put in my notice to vacate at my current apartment. For the four-five years I’ve lived here it was nothing but amazing. Apartment was a little outdated but it was perfect to say the least especially for the price of rent. I felt incredibly safe here. Jasmine and the maintenance crew are amazing and respond fast to everything and are good at explaining what is happening with any maintenance request. I will miss calling this place my home and I’ll miss the excellent neighbors that lived near me and the neighborhood that the apartments are in.
I lived here for 3 years and the landlord Jasmine was incredible to work with, I could call her with any issue I had in my unit and it would be solved almost immediately. She is very considerate and straight to the point. 10/10 would live here again, only moved so I could have a bigger space
My husband and I have been living at Forest Ridge for almost a year now. Jasmine (manager) has been wonderful to work with. She takes care of us and handles any issues promptly. The rent is more than reasonable, with a mix of renovated and original units on the property. We highly recommend living here!
Great place! Fantastic management staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the complex and the surrounding area. Every time I need any kind of help someone shows right up to help me. My apartment was clean and freshly painted when I moved in. There have been no maintenance issues. The buildings and the grounds are well cared for and maintained. It is a very nice place to live.
