If anyone is thinking to move to Forest Ridge Apt please reconsider because they are not worth the inconsistent!!!! The Office ladies are so unprofessional and its always different people working, they can NEVER keep the same people!!!! Literally everything breaks in the apartments, because they are sooooo OLD... Again Please DO RESEARCH BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE!!!!! Oh yeah the apt on the backside that's near the woods a lot of tenants have complain about snakes coming in,

Like the others, I regret moving to Forest Ridge. Let me first start with the incompetent workers in the office. There is new "management" in the office every 6 months or so, none by the way are capable of running an office (obviously from always being replaced). They have lost my rent and served me with an eviction notice. Thank goodness I keep ALL my receipts!!! They have also lost my lease telling me I needed to renew my lease, which I had done already but being that there is always new "management" it was obviously lost.... read more

I wouldn't recommend it to the homeless !!!! – I regret moving into this apartment complex. I am a current resident and can't wait until my lease is up. The apartment is very out dated, the appliances are original(OLD) and breaks all the time. On HOT summer days Air conditioner freeze and poor managers will not answer phone to receive maintenance request; which are unqualified. Managers are nasty with no people skills. Avoid Forest Ridge Apartments!!!! – Very poor management, flooding around doors during heavy rain. Maintenance is unqualified and can't take care of simple problems. Management feels as if they don't have to abide by the same rules as tenants while living on property. Management shows favoritism to certain tenants.

Forest Ridge Apartments in Fort Mill, SC Floods! – Every time there is a steady rain various apartments will flood! The foundations are poorly built. The rainwater will settle in a large puddle and will soak the carpet. There have been reports of mold and mildew?this is a major health risk! When a resident moves into the apartment the management does not disclose this. The management has made no attempt to fix the problem. The apartments are also very drafty. Deal with alot of noices. Management not very helpful – Would not recommend to anyone.... Managment doesn't consider having no AC in 90 degree weather a emergency !! I can't image this ! Maintance staff on call for the weekends are not qualified to do all repairs.
